We come and have a look, or you can send images of the sides of the property with the windows in view. We’ll then send a quote to your email address
If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll find a date to book you in for the first clean. You choose either 4 or 8 week intervals for your regular cleans, and we’ll then book you in on our system and send a booking confirmation email
The day before the clean is due, we’ll send you a text reminder, allowing you to make sure access is clear
We’ll arrive the next day and carry out the work. If you’re not happy with the quality of the clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean free of charge. this applies to the first clean and any following regular cleans
You’ll receive an invoice with our payment details, allowing you to pay via GoCardless.
You can now enjoy sparkling clean windows! We’ll then text again the evening before your next regular maintenance clean is due. Easy peasy!
